Chime Celebrates 40% YoY Growth
We are thrilled to share details of another great year thanks to the ongoing commitment of our valued customers. This year we achieved 40% YoY customer growth fueled by increased demand for our strategic sales acceleration platform. Steadfast in our mission to deliver solutions purpose built for real estate professionals, our agile development team introduced several new compelling products this year including the enterprise platform, Active Agent Recruiting, Comparative Market Analysis, Social Studio and innovative geo-farming capabilities.

We kicked off the year celebrating our commitment to customer service, investing $1M in enhanced tools, resources, and support, and appointed Nick Fiedler to Vice President of Customer Service. As a result of this investement, we scored both the Excellence in Customer Service Award and the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations Globee Award.
This year we also welcomed industry veteran Stuart Sim as Vice President of Industry Development and acquired property management software and services provider Rentancy to deliver a more comprehensive platform designed to address the entire real estate process.
2022 was punctuated by consistent and strategic product development and continued industry recognition, underscoring our position as a real estate tech innovator. We remain committed as ever to the real estate industry and will continue to keep the needs of agents top of mind as we embark on a new year!
