Chime is currently seeking top-performing Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) to help grow our business with real estate agent professionals. The ideal candidate has a track record of high sales achievement. This person must have excellent communication and consultative selling skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and their executives (real estate agents, team leads, lenders, and brokers), be self-driven, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
We are seeking a new member for our rapidly growing Sales Development team. This team works side by side with our Inside Sales team and real estate agents by reaching out to leads and engaging with potential new customers in their territory.

Identify, consult and close real estate agents and brokerages on the benefits of our suite of products and services. When our customers utilize our products and services they avoid the need to hire internally ISA’s and additional overhead to manage and grow their respective businesses.
Leads will be created from our call center and through your outbound calling skills cultivating, nurturing and building your pipeline of opportunities.
Some travel may be required attending sponsored events across the country throughout the year.
